Our team carefully works to match the color, thickness, and flavor of your sauce. When our sample has your stamp of approval, we “lock” the formula in to ensure consistent supply.

Minimum order/Batch sizes
Our smallest batch is 9,000 lbs., or approximately 1,100 gallons.
Our smallest bulk container is an 110 gallon disposable tote. The next size container is a 275 gallon disposable tote. Our largest bulk container is a 315 gallon reusable tote.
To evacuate each tote of sauce, our customers attach a shut off valve to the base of each tote. Some companies use a pumps to evacuate the product into a hopper, others use piston driven applicators to transfer the sauce
