Retail Jarring and Bottling

Our Retail Jarring and Bottling capabilities provide shelf-stable sauces and dips in a variety of glass jars and bottles.

  • Hot Fill: Process used to fill jars and bottles with sauces and dips using the heat of the product to sterilize the container into which it is filled.
  • Retort: Process used to fill jars and bottles with sauces and dips using a high temperature cook to make the container/products shelf stable.
  • Sizes: Jars and bottles come in a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from 8 to 48 ounces.
  • Case Configuration: Typically our jars and bottles are packed twelve per case, although we offer flexibility to meet your individual needs.
  • Minimum Order: Our minimum order is 9,000 pounds per batch, which equals around 750 cases or about 3 pallets of product (assuming a 16 ounce jar).
  • Shelf Life: Depending on the type of sauce or dip, the shelf life of our products range from 12 to 15 months, unopened at ambient temperatures.
  • Labeling: We utilize pressure-sensitive labels that offer a higher quality look, in a variety of label size options. We offer versatile case coding options to meet your individual requirements.
