Food Service Co-Packing
Food Service Packaging provides your custom sauce or a specially developed sauce for your application in Cryovac™ plastic pouches.

Hot Fill: Process used for filling pouches with sauces using a rapid cooling system to preserve excellent flavor.

Sizes: Pouches are regularly 5 lbs. and 10 lbs. Special sizes in between are also available.

Case Configurations: 5 lb. pouches are packaged eight to a 40 lb. case. 10 lb. pouches are packaged 4 to a 40 lb. case.

Minimum Orders: 9,000 lbs per batch equals 225 cases (40 lbs) or 5 pallets of 45 cases. An initial batch size of 4,500 lbs. is available.

Shelf-Life: Determined for each type of sauce recipe individually. Pizza sauce, pasta, salsas, and other tomato based sauces are typically guaranteed for 6 months.

Labeling: Includes Lot numbering system on case. Product specification includes nutrition panel, ingredient legend and allergen statement.
